Yeah, I told you I’m a junkie.  

Two weeks ago I was offered a free Chakra seminar over the Internet.  Some techniques would be taught so I figured, “Why not?”

I did learn three pretty easy techniques and thought they could be useful in leading a more fulfilling life.  Unfortunately, getting any benefit from them at the time proved impossible.  

Not only did I find the guide’s voice ridiculously intolerable, every four and a half minutes, the host would burst in with the urgency of getting the complete program at a discount before it was too late.

Ahh soothing.  Enlightening, even.  Actually, I believe it is enlightening.  Obviously, these people think money is key to happiness.   I’ve GOT to make more money.  Some one should DEFINITELY be giving me money to write.  

If that host AND the healer weren’t so horribly obnoxious, I might have considered it, but it was like Fran Drescher and her agent trying to aggressively pitch her as the narrator to tranquility CDs.  No, actually, I wouldn’t have because right now I know I need to FIX my money before I spend anymore.  I already tried that illogical tactic trying to use faith over brains.  Spending money to clear your money energy only clears your bank account.

That said, I’ve been trying those three simple techniques.  I’ve been sick the whole week.  I don’t know if they’re related.  I’m not that enlightened yet.  Like I said, I have to fix my money in real terms before I can buy that privilege.
